He’d show up with red eyes and smelling of smoke. One time he even left the plastic tube that his prerolled joints came in on his desk where everyone could see (we had an open office). He would make decisions about the game when he was high, and then forget what he said, and then get mad a week later when we were building the game how he said, and he couldn’t remember he had said it that way. So, we also wasted a lot of time doing work that got thrown away.
I didn’t know if this was something I should tell HR about or if this was just part of the “company culture”, so I didn’t say anything. I quit after a couple of months because this was too stressful to deal with.
